I've started recently to use my X-T3 for astrophotography, both on its own & also connected to a telescope. One quick question as I’m weighing up this camera as my next B-cam. Fuji delivered an unreal camera with specs that have no peer until you hit something like an FS5. If you appreciate the very best, you want the X-T3. Note that the High Speed mode works with a 1.29x crop. Super 35mm film has a size of 24.89mm x 18.66. Interesting.But I think the 10.6 is the correct number. The OLED EVF is the same as in the X-T3, with a resolution of 3,690,000 dots, although its default refresh rate is 60 fps, with a boost setting taking it to 100 fps, the same as the X-T3’s. The shooting conditions at Radom airshow were FAR from being perfect. Without their support it wouldn’t have been possible to complete this project. This is already outdated and in the realm of the consumers. And 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 obviously gives you a lot more color data regardless of bit depth. Obviously, a  smaller camera body has to accommodate a smaller IBIS mechanism which apparently was not available at the time of releasing the camera. You can shoot in street achieving great images with small equipment. It’s not just about recording in 24/25 fps. Let’s see them release a full, production cinema camera now! specially at that price point! Very pleased with the camera myself, by reading your thoughts on it! Here the a7sII gets 10.6 stops in Slog2, in a Nov 2015 Cinema5D article it got “just under 12” in Slog2. focal length multiplier).
